Ganz Unveils ZN-AIBOX-PRO: A Next-Generation AI-Passive Video Analytics Platform for Enterprise Surveillance

December 20, 2025,  Durham, NC -— Ganz, a leader in AI-powered video analytics for security and safety, today announced the launch of the ZN-AIBOX-PRO, a high-performance on-premise AI box designed to deliver multi-algorithm, low-latency analytics across up to 16 camera channels. Available in Q1 of 2026, the ZN-AIBOX-PRO is designed to meet NDAA standards and works well for both small setups and large installations. It is GANZ’s latest product that combines hybrid AI technology at the edge.

Key Highlights

  • AI at the edge with 50+ intuitive AI apps: The ZN-AIBOX-PRO runs multiple AI algorithms on a single channel, enabling sophisticated scene interpretation and real-time decision making without reliance on cloud connectivity.
  • Flexible channel support and scalable licensing: Starting with an 8-channel base model, with a 16-channel extension option, customers can tailor capacity to their surveillance footprint. Optional licenses unlock advanced features such as LPR, enhanced heatmaps, no PPE detection, illegal dumping, aggressive detection, PTZ tracking, and more.
  • Rich pre-installed AI apps: Dynamic privacy masking, face masking, clothing attribute detection, crowd analytics (e.g., e-Crowd), intrusion/loitering detection, people and vehicle counting, zone management, virtual fences, occupancy metrics, heatmaps, and more. Some capabilities are enhanced when the thermal license is installed.
  • Comprehensive event and integration framework: Event actions support system events (tamper, alarm, video loss/recovery, etc.) and multiple output channels (HTTP, TCP, FTP, email, S3, VMS, Onvif, camera audio back channel), enabling reliable notification and automation workflows.
  • Robust video and data management: Supports up to 4K video input at 60 fps (2M at 240 fps) with H.265/H.264 formats, RTSP/Onvif inputs, and flexible output streaming. Internal NVMe SSD storage via M.2 and optional recording licenses provide local retention with scalable archiving.
  • Deployment options and environmental resilience: Wide operating temperature range (-22°F to 158°F / -30°C to 70°C) and fanless or compact form factors suitable for a variety of installation environments. Certifications include CE, FCC, KC, and KA.
  • Four channel model ZN-AIBOX4-PRO also will be available in Q1 2026.

The ZN-AIBOX-PRO addresses the growing demand for privacy-conscious, low-latency, scalable AI-enabled surveillance. By enabling edge processing with a rich suite of AI modules and flexible licensing, GANZ is empowering security operators to deploy tailored analytics—ranging from basic counts and heatmaps to sophisticated threat detection and visitor analytics—without compromising performance or control.

ZN-AIBOX-PRO represents our commitment to delivering powerful, adaptable AI at the edge,” said Keith Sowa, Director Product Development/Management, Imaging Technology Division. “With a robust set of pre-installed AI apps, NDAA compliance, and scalable licensing, customers can deploy precisely what they need today and grow seamlessly as requirements evolve.
