The Latest Firmware Released for Ganz AI Box

November 6, 2025, Durham, N.C. — CBC AMERICA, a leading manufacturer of intelligent security systems and the Ganz brand's parent company, announced today the release of the latest version of ZN-AIBOX-STD firmware. This release has added several new analytic features, enhancements, and fixes to enable customers to fully leverage their video surveillance investments.

New Features

• Illegal Dumping (Hybrid AI Boost) app added (Beta)
• Gun Detection (Hybrid AI Boost) app added (Beta)
• Two-way audio support over RTSP and RTSP over WS
• Forklift Non-Driver Detection app
• Geutebruck VMS integration support
• Added the App Guide on the UI for the Unsafe Lifting
• Added a function to trigger Virtual Alarm IN instantly
  • Executes the connected action handler by triggering an event without changing the state of Virtual Alarm IN.
• Added uniform non-wearing detection

Enhancements and Changes

• Improved the password-recovery flow via email: After receiving the recovery email, the admin user can now change the password directly.

• Improved false-positive handling for the Forklift Detector. Forklift Non-driver Detection app: When the 'Detect only when a forklift is present (with only Forklift)' option is enabled, a configurable dwell time for recognizing forklift objects has been added.
• Increased HTTP call timeout for actions such as counter reports and action handlers — changed from 5 seconds to 10 seconds.
