The new offering adds an optimized recognition engine and powerful new capabilities to the LPR module.

New Features and Enhancements:

  • Ganz CORTROL LPR 2.3.0 software delivers high-precision reading reliability, an intuitive installation process, and is easy to use. The software is ideal for detecting, registering, and analyzing vehicle license plates.
  • We upgraded CORTROL’s LPR archiving database to manage storage more efficiently.
  • By re-engineering CORTROL’s LPR software, we have achieved a higher level of accuracy reading license plates compared to earlier versions.
  • Ganz CORTROL LPR offers multiple customization possibilities for specific license plates and different types of vehicles (trains, cargo containers, etc.).
  • The user now can add a tag via CORTROL’s Monitor application.
  • CORTROL's LPR solution is designed to work with a CORTROL server.

Additional benefits include an algorithm making the analytic adaptive to lighting conditions, camera position and recognition area adjustment to optimize system load, as well as supporting local and remote of “allowed” and “restricted” numbers.
